Great Grandmaster Kim came to Canada in 1971, where he was one of the first Masters to teach Taekwondo. He has been President of BC Federation many times. He was appointed to WTF International committee. Grandmaster Kim was one of the original Masters to teach Taekwondo in BC, and continues to share his knowledge. 

A direct student of Nam Suk Lee, founder of Chang Moo Kwan, one of the original 5 Kwans that merged to become modern day Taekwondo.

Grandmaster Kim is a true pioneer and helped mold Taekwondo into what it is today.
